Yeah, Sarcastic Susie? Is it? Is it really?
I. Think. NOT.
What I actually wanted to write about is...writing. I'm not a master author, I can name an extraordinary amount of people who are better writers than I, but there are my little pet projects, and they're all very particular. VAL, for instance. The 'inspirational soundtrack' for VAL is ABBA. Why? Well, I was listening to my iPod one day, and in the middle of Fernando, I think? Or Voulez-Vous, or something, I had this sudden image of Vinnialia, Aster, and Lindsay-Rhoslyn wearing stupid wigs and gigantic sunglasses and pretending to play instruments and mouthing the words to the song. Also, Aster had 'ASTER' on his collar. I was disgusted. Amused, but disgusted. I only write that in cursive-pencil, too.
Curtains is, of course, U2, and that is only blue pen. Why? Ask the Gods of Penliness.
Quote for Thursday, October 8, 2009:
Never fear, angel. I've got you now, and for always...angel?
Last Words of: Christopher Carrion
Source: Abarat: Days of Magic, Nights of War by Clive Barker
Notes: Spoken seconds before Boa, the character he was affectionately addressing as angel, deliberately broke a window, letting in the flood outside and killing him.
Muse for Today:
Sarcastic Susie.
That happens to me, imagining characters dancing to songs, leaving me laughing but revolted. I was listening to something, I don't remember what, when suddenly I had an image of ARTEMIS FOWL doing the Egyptian dance with an EXTREMELY stupid smile on his face. It is very horrible but I still laughed because it was so stupid.
